SANZAF Bakery

SANZAF's bakery plays a crucial role in providing fresh rolls that supplement our feeding schemes. The Bakery produces fresh bread rolls every day that are distributed to madressa children, in addition to khotas that are distributed to wastepreneurs. With the SANZAF bakery currently performing at full capacity, and the ever increasing demands of our feeding schemes, we have looked towards expanding the size of our bakery, and our output.

At the moment the SANZAF Bakery produces 2000 fresh bread rolls daily, Monday to Friday.

The SANZAF Bakery also produces 200 khotas a day, Monday to Friday.

What are our next steps?

We have looked towards expanding our bakery so that we can double our output, enabling us to feed twice as many beneficiaries as before. This new space will also allow us to expand our products from just rolls and khotas, to cakes, cookies and loaves of bread. For us to make this dream a reality, we need your help!
